“Discover the power of saving a life”

  • Intraosseous cavity, an alternative route used in cases where vascular access is impossible, enables quick and safe vascular access. The intraosseous cavity can be considered as a large vessel suitable for use at all times, independent of the patient’s hemodynamic (blood pressure) status.
  • Today, intraosseous route is regarded equal to intravenous (IV) route for administration of drugs and other fluids to children and adults.

PROPERTIES OF INTRAOSSEOUS INFUSION SYSTEM

  • It is presented as an integrated system including a driver, ready-to-use intraosseous needle on driver, connecting tube, fixing plaster, cap, patient wristband and needle wastebox in a sterilized package. The drive is sterilized and disposable to avoid contamination.
  • In order to save time, the desired size of intraosseous needle is provided on the driver.
  • Safe and balanced.
  • Thanks to the driver, infusion is controlled and e_ortless.
  • Optionally; the driver’s lighting system is activated by on/o_ switch and lightens the entry point.
  • Medication reach the central circulatory system within seconds.
  • Needles are made of AISI 304-stainless steel.

INDICATIONS

  • All shock situations,
  • Heart attack,
  • Armed injuries,
  • Dehydration,
  • Coma,
  • Kidney failure,
  • Excessive drug intake
  • In such cases, intraosseous route is preferred as the second alternative if IV intervention cannot be achieved.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Existing fracture in the application area,
  • Previous orthopedic operations,
  • Pre-existing tumor or peripheral vascular diseases,
  • Infection in the application area
  • Failure to find the entry point anatomically in three areas (patella-knee cap, humerus, distal tibia)
  • Extreme distance to the bone due to excessive tissue formation in the application area. In this case, intraosseous
  • infusion will not reach the bone.
